RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns. We require that customers use the contact form for any problems with merchandise within 24 hours of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet the criteria. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange.
